Terms & Conditions

  1. The charges include labour and call out.
  2. Cost of parts are not included and separate charges apply.
  3. Labour and most parts carry a guarantee of 6 months from the date of repair subject to their being no misuse of the appliance, wilful damage, accidental damage, negligence by the customer or a third party, no missing parts, no blockages and no other persons having attempted to fix the appliance any time after our attendance or without our approval.
  4. Domestic appliances must only be used for domestic purposes and for no other purpose.
  5. Any repairs to fridge/freezers means that no food should be refrigerated for approximately 48 hours.
  6. The engineer will not remove old parts from the premises and this is the responsibility of the customer.
  7. All engineers on behalf of DART365 will be fully trained and insured.
  8. Customers will be provided with a date and time slot and every effort will be made to meet this. However in the unlikely event that the appointment cannot be met, DART365 reserve the right to re-schedule the appointment.
  9. If the customer fails to keep an appointment DART365 reserve the right to apply the charges for the call out.
  10. Parking must be provided to the engineer which enables the engineer reasonable access to the Premises. If the only parking available is a pay and display or for permit holders only, it is the customers responsibility to arrange for the engineer to park free of charge for the duration of the visit.
  11. All repairs require full and easy access to the appliance so that damaging the surrounding area is prevented. If the appliance is not easily accessible to facilitate the repair then the engineer has the right to abort the repair and only a reduced call out charge of £30.00 will apply.
  12. If the details provided to DART365 to obtain a quote differs when the engineer arrives at the Premises, either a new quote will be provided to the customer before any repairs are initiated if the engineer considers this appropriate or no works will be carried out if the customer does not agree to the charges and if the customer does not agree a reduced charge of £30.00 will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information in relation to the appliance.
  13. There are a handful of manufacturers whose parts may be difficult to source or cannot be sourced in very rare circumstances. This may cause a delay in completing the repair or the appliance cannot be fixed if the part is not available. In these circumstances the customer will be advised.
  14. DART365 will call you once a part has arrived to make another appointment to fix the part.
  15. The quotes provided are only for domestic appliances for domestic use in residential homes and not for commercial appliances or domestic appliances installed in commercial premises.
  16. Any losses incurred as a result of the fault of the appliance or until the appliance is in good working order cannot be claimed.
  17. Re-gassing of any appliances is not included in the pricing.
  18. Engineers working for or under DART365 will provide the most suitable solution. If the appliance cannot be fixed or it is not economical to repair, the engineer will advise the customer of this.
  19. Full payment must be made in cash to the engineer and a receipt will be provided to the customer. There is no card payment facility and cheques will not be accepted.
  20. These terms and conditions for the supply of the services will be subject to English Law in England and Wales and the English courts will have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from the Contract.
